We ship anywhere in South Africa (sorry, no P.O. Boxes — even couriers have limits) and make sure your order gets to you fast, safe, and without the drama.

Delivery Locations

We’ll get it to any street address in South Africa. If you live somewhere the GPS calls “Are you sure?”, it might take a bit longer — but we’ll keep you posted.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend, no fine print, no “gotcha” fees. We’ll get it to you free. If you send it back without anything being wrong — maybe the tape measure stayed in the drawer, the household décor panel voted it out, or you had a change of heart mid–milk tart — you’re sponsoring its Uber home and back.

Delivery Time

We aim to get your order to you within 3–5 business days to main city centres & 6-7 business days to outlying areas.

Order Tracking

The moment your order heads out, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can watch its road trip in real time.

Failed Delivery

If the courier can’t reach you after a few tries and your order comes back to us, we can resend it — but you’ll be covering the courier’s second round.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives looking like it had a run-in with a rugby scrum, let us know within 48 hours. Snap a few pics, send us a quick note, and we’ll arrange a replacement or fix. If it’s our fault, we’ll sort it — no hassle.

How We Handle Returns

If it’s on us, we own it. If it’s a change of mind, we’re happy to take it back if it’s in its original packaging, but you cover the courier both ways. Either way, we keep it simple, quick, and as painless as possible.

KHAOS SOLUTIONS te Boulevard Park, in Bellville. Die winkel / aanlyn winkel is 'n diamant wat ek aanlyn ontdek het. Die produkte is gemaak vir vandag se kleiner huise, geen groot, lomp meubels nie. My aankope is binne 24 uur afgelewer deur Werner. Dankie vir die vriendelikheid en ek hoop dat almal hul aankope by jou sal doen. Die meubels is nie net pragtig nie, die pryse is uiters goed. Sien my koffie tafel. 2025/03 : Koop 'n oulike klein lessenaar vir my kamer om BYBEL studie te doen en skryfwerk. Die tafel is die regte grootte en lig om te skuif maar stewig. Die tafel moet self aanmekaar gesit word, 4 hande is nodig. Stoel nie van KHAOS nie. Die prys was billik en die aflewering spoedig. Sien foto.

Purchased an Outdoor Buddy Braai from Khaos Solutions. When it arrived there were scratches on a few of the parts, most likely during transit. I reached out to them, and Werner responded to me that same night, around 22:00 that they would send a replacement and would only arrange for collection of the first one once I was happy. Werner kept me well informed of the progress. I received the replacement yesterday and assembled it last night. Can't wait for our first braai. Huge thank you to Khaos Solutions, and in particular, to Werner. Many companies could learn a thing or two from them about customer service.
