Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My aankope is binne 24 uur afgelewer deur Werner.
Sien my koffie tafel.
Sien foto.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Purchased an Outdoor Buddy Braai from Khaos Solutions.
When it arrived there were scratches on a few of the parts, most likely during transit.
I reached out to them, and Werner responded to me that same night, around
22:00 that they would send a replacement and would only arrange for collection of the first one once I was happy.
Werner kept me well informed of the progress.
I received the replacement yesterday and assembled it last night.
Can't wait for our first braai.
Huge thank you to Khaos Solutions, and in particular, to Werner.
Many companies could learn a thing or two from them about customer service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service from Werner and team. The first table/chair set came with damage due to mishandling from the courier company.

However, Werner went out of his way to ensure that I finally received the (new) product, in perfect condition. Communication was on point, and

I highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had such a good experience with KS and awesome customer service. Needed a side table for a client and KS sorted it out, and on short notice too. Would definitely recommend this company.
