At Refined Spaces, we believe delivery should feel as satisfying as unboxing your new furniture, braai & camping gear — no stress, no surprises, no “where on earth is it?” moments. We ship anywhere in South Africa (sorry, no P.O. Boxes — even couriers have limits) and make sure your order gets to you fast, safe, and without the drama.
Delivery Locations
We’ll get it to any street address in South Africa. If you live somewhere the GPS calls “Are you sure?”, it might take a bit longer — but we’ll keep you posted.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend, no fine print, no “gotcha” fees. We’ll get it to you free. If you send it back without anything being wrong — maybe the tape measure stayed in the drawer, the household décor panel voted it out, or you had a change of heart mid–milk tart — you’re sponsoring its Uber home and back.
Delivery Time
We aim to get your order to you within 3–5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you’re in an outlying area, it may take a little longer — but we’ll let you know if your delivery needs extra travel snacks.
Order Tracking
The moment your order heads out, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can watch its road trip in real time.
Failed Delivery
If the courier can’t reach you after a few tries and your order comes back to us, we can resend it — but you’ll be covering the courier’s second round.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives looking like it had a run-in with a rugby scrum, let us know within 48 hours. Snap a few pics, send us a quick note, and we’ll arrange a replacement or fix. If it’s our fault, we’ll sort it — no hassle.
How We Handle Returns
If it’s on us, we own it. If it’s a change of mind, we’re happy to take it back if it’s in its original packaging, but you cover the courier both ways. Either way, we keep it simple, quick, and as painless as possible.
