Moving it takes a bit of planning, and getting it safely to you (and back again) comes with real costs. Shipping it still takes care, and sending it back still costs real money.
Return Window
Yes, you can return it within 30 days — no hard feelings.
The Fine Print (in plain clothes):
- If the chair arrives and something’s genuinely wrong — a factory defect, a broken armrest, torn fabric, or the chair not functioning as it should — that’s on us. We’ll collect it, sort it out, and replace it for you at no cost.
- If you simply change your mind? That’s okay, but the costs come knocking.
- R360 (bank transaction fees – because the banks also want a small bite)
- R320 (the original cost of getting your chair safely to you)
- R320 (the cost of bringing it back home again)
Total: R1,000 — a full round trip for your chair, before it even gets a second chance to rock.
Condition of Return
We’ll happily take it back — as long as it comes back the way it left us. That means in its original packaging and in a condition where it can be sold as new. No scratches, no marks, no signs of wear — still fresh and ready for its next home.
If you’ve assembled it, sat in it, and realised “this isn’t quite what I had in mind,” that’s completely okay — that’s exactly what the 7-day window is for. You can return it.
The key part? It must still come back in “as new” condition. If it can’t go straight to the next customer as a brand-new chair, we won’t be able to accept the return.
Think of it like this: a quick sit to check the feel is fine. A full weekend of movies, naps, and “let me just test one more setting”… that’s when it starts becoming your chair.
Bottom Line
- Faulty = we fix it.
- Change of mind = you cover the transport and admin costs.
Because a chair designed to help you slow down deserves a bit of commitment — and even at 17 kilograms, it still doesn’t send itself back.
