At the moment, Khaos Solutions can only ship to locations within the borders of South Africa. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Failed Deliveries

If you are not present at the time of delivery and the courier company cannot reach you after repeated attempts, your order may be returned to Refined Spaces. You will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping the order.

Damaged Items

In the event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment with detailed photographs and a description of the damage. We will arrange for the damaged items to be returned and a replacement to be sent to you.
