Delivery Locations

At the moment, Khaos Solutions can only ship to locations within the borders of South Africa. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all products within South African borders.

Delivery Time

Once your order is processed, we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days depending on your location. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or during peak periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order.

Failed Deliveries

If you are not present at the time of delivery and the courier company cannot reach you after repeated attempts, your order may be returned to Refined Spaces. You will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping the order.

Damaged Items

In the event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment with detailed photographs and a description of the damage. We will arrange for the damaged items to be returned and a replacement to be sent to you.

By placing an order with Refined Spaces, you agree to the terms of our shipping policy. If you do not agree with the terms of our shipping policy, we kindly ask you not to place an order with us.

Changes To Shipping Policy
